48V Battery Packs

48V battery packs deliver efficient, high-power energy for light electric vehicles, industrial equipment, telecom systems and residential or commercial energy storage applications.

A 48V battery pack generally refers to a rechargeable pack designed to provide a nominal output around 48 volts for DC-powered systems.

It is typically assembled from multiple lithium cells connected in series, such as a 13-series (13S) or 15-series (15S) configuration of 3.2–3.7V nominal cells, depending on the cell chemistry. The fully charged voltage can range from about 54V to over 58V, with a lower cut-off voltage set by the protection system.

48V battery packs offer significant advantages in terms of efficiency and system design. The key advantages include higher efficiency and lower current, improved system safety, better power capability, and scalable and modular.

48V battery packs are widely applied in e-bikes and e-scooters with higher power levels, light electric vehicles, golf carts, utility vehicles, material-handling and warehouse equipment, AGVs and robots, as well as telecom backup systems, small base stations, residential and commercial energy storage, hybrid systems and 48V DC UPS solutions.
