36V Battery Packs

36V battery packs deliver efficient, high-power energy for e-bikes, scooters, light electric vehicles, power tools and industrial equipment requiring a robust DC drive system.

A 36V battery pack generally refers to a rechargeable pack designed to provide a nominal output of around 36 volts for DC-powered systems.

It is typically built from multiple lithium cells connected in series, such as a 10-series (10S) configuration of 3.6–3.7V nominal cells, which results in a pack with a fully charged voltage around 42V and a cut-off voltage near 30V, depending on the protection settings.

A 36V lithium-ion battery pack provides an optimal trade-off between high power output, efficiency, safety, and system cost. It has higher power with lower current, better motor and inverter performance, compact and lightweight design, and wide availability and compatibility.

36V battery packs are widely applied in e-bikes, electric scooters, light electric vehicles, golf trolleys, lawn and garden tools, professional power tools, mobile industrial equipment, AGVs and compact material-handling systems, as well as certain renewable energy and backup power solutions that use a 36V DC bus.
