22.2V / 24V Battery Packs

22.2V / 24V battery packs provide efficient, higher-voltage power for robotics, industrial equipment, e-mobility systems, automated machines and compact backup power solutions.

A 22.2V / 24V battery pack generally refers to a rechargeable lithium-based pack designed to deliver a nominal voltage in the 22–25 volt range, commonly used as a “24V class” DC power source.

A typical configuration is a 6-series (6S) pack made from 3.7V nominal cells connected in series, resulting in about 22.2V nominal, with a fully charged voltage around 25.2V and a cut-off voltage near 18V, depending on the protection settings.

Compared with lower-voltage packs, 22.2V / 24V battery packs offer higher output voltage that helps reduce current for the same power level, improving overall system efficiency and reducing heat and cable losses.

22.2V / 24V battery packs are widely used in robotics and AGVs, automated guided carts, industrial and service robots, professional power tools, cleaning machines, lift platforms, small electric vehicles and mobility devices that require a robust 24V DC supply.

They also serve as compact backup or main power sources for communication equipment, control panels, security and surveillance systems, medical carts, measurement instruments and portable test equipment.

We offer customized 22.2V / 24V battery pack solutions including tailored voltage and capacity combinations, selection of lithium chemistries, optimized pack structures and enclosures, and integration of protection circuits or advanced BMS with communication interfaces.
